Led the sportswear buying division for 5 years, overseeing range planning, sourcing, and margin strategy across core and seasonal collections. Played a key role in elevating product performance and strengthening category identity within a competitive premium market.

Activewear Start-Up 

Appointed by the founding team of an angel investor–backed start-up to build and lead the brand’s buying and product strategy. Created and developed a sustainable, bio-based activewear range, driving innovation and responsible production practices from concept to launch.
